Try this pc on side plug In USB..then go to Olin software...Set the Samsung tablet to download two buttons volumup and down together than plug in your USB to get Samsung green screen then tap volume up to down load screen then down load you Sm200 firmware thru Olin...Your will wait till it finish reboot go to reset factory settings...Sorry it is the only way back to normal working conditions....good luck
