This ribbon detached from the motherboard when I took the controller apart. The part that attached to the motherboard came off clean so I'm wondering if this means it wasn't soldered on but attached with another type of adhesive that I can reattach myself?
This is the ribbon I'm referring to from the dismantling controller directions from this Matty_Mac_21's. "Disconnect the ribbon. There is a latch you flip up on the circuit board (blue arrow). This is easy to take apart but a pain to put back together. Make sure you have needle-nose pliers or tweezers for this when you put it back together."
