I am trying to restore it to factory settings but none of the F keys I have tried will get me in. There is no Novo button and Recovery in System does not work. It is running on Windows 11 (which could be the problem). The reason for factory reset is, it is over loading on storage but can't see how. I am going to restore it back to Win 10 which is what it came with and hope that fixes whatever its problem is.
