@deryaduygut2145 that will depend on how thick this line is. If it is a thin line the issue is most commonly a TAB error. That is where one of the COF ribbon cables looses connection to the LCD screen. This can't be fixed by us DIY'er since it is attached via a special process. Sometimes applying pressure to the ribbon will close the contact and the line will disappear. If it is a thick line it is possible that this is a LVDS cable issue. Post an image of what your screen shows with your Question. That way we can see what you. For now, it seems like you will need a new display to fix this.
Use the [document|39407] to work on it. Page 58 will tell you how to replace the LCD
