Continuous focus making the lense shake automatically.

As soon as I open the camera, it seems like it is continuously trying to focus, making the lens shake (clearly visible shaking) automatically and constantly. All the rest work perfectly apart from that.

Therefore, whenever I try to take a picture it is blurry. How can I fix it by my own? Will i need to replace fully the lens?
