A water leak would suggest something containing the water has broken.
It could simply be a hose has come loose or sprung a leak. If so, it likely should be replaced since the end might be stretched. It is possible a plastic piece holding the hose as on the [link|https://www.espresso-parts.com/Delonghi-Nespresso-Citiz-Flowmeter-p/30061.htm|flowmeter] assembly broke or the flowmeter is leaking.
You would need to open it up and eyeball it for those conditions.
