Try uninstalling the '','' drivers in Device Manager.

Try uninstalling the ''Microsoft ACPI-Control Method battery'' drivers in Device Manager.
Go to Device Manager > Battery
After they're uninstalled, close all open windows and then restart the laptop in the normal manner.
During the following startup, Windows will reinstall the drivers. Check if it all works OK now.
