I have tried downloading Google Chrome, an anti virus and it just doesn't work. I have windows 10 on another computer so it's not that I don't know how to use it. I do not like Microsoft Edge at all. I got the laptop from Dell on Thursday, December 21, 2017, brand new and nothing seems to work.

Try downloading the setup to a flash drive from another computer and installing it that through that.

Try using IE11.
It is still in Win 10
