Scroll down to Passcode is forgotten to see how to factory reset the tablet.

Hi @eman1970 ,
Try holding the Power button and the Volume Up and Down buttons (3 buttons together) to get into the recovery screen. Once there, release the buttons and follow the guide as before

That doesn't work it keeps going to normal start up
@jayeff it didn't work
Plz provide the good solution to unlock the tab. It doesn't work, suggest any other option
