Using the T20 Torx Security screwdriver, take out the 2.3 mm screw inside the chuck.

Set the drill to 'drill mode' and tighten the chuck with the Allen wrench in it.

Use the Allen wrench to unscrew the chuck by rotating it counter clockwise.
