Turn the laptop over and place upside down on a flat surface.
Remove the 5.5 mm "F5" screw with the Phillips #1 screwdriver and lift off plastic cover.

Take two fingers and gently pull the two metal tabs away from the RAM module as shown.
There are two tabs for each of the two RAM modules.
The RAM module should be slightly dislodged from the base after the two tabs are pulled.

Grip the edge of the card and slide the RAM module out by pulling horizontally.
Once the first RAM module has been removed, repeat steps 2 and 3 to remove the second RAM module.
