Remove the bottom cover of your laptop. For instructions on how to do this, visit the Toshiba Satellite P55-A5312 Back Cover Removal Guide

Locate the RAM stick in the bottom left hand corner of the laptop.

Carefully pull apart the plastic tabs that hold the RAM in place with your hands.

The RAM stick should pop upwards when released correctly.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
