Pry up the proximity sensor

  • Use the pointed end of a spudger to carefully pry the proximity sensor out of its recess on the front panel.

  • Try to get your tool all the way underneath the sensor to pry it up. If you pry only against the cable, the sensor may separate from the cable assembly and will need replacement. However, this doesn't matter If you're replacing the sensor/cable assembly anyway.

Levanta el sensor de proximidad

Utiliza el extremo puntiagudo de un spudger para hacer palanca con cuidado para sacar el sensor de proximidad de su hueco en el panel frontal.

Intenta pasar la herramienta por debajo del sensor para levantarlo. Si haces palanca sólo contra el cable, el sensor puede separarse del conjunto de cables y deberá ser reemplazado. Sin embargo, esto no importa si va a reemplazar el conjunto sensor/cable de todos modos.
