Brand new and won't turn on

I just bought a brand new Samsung Gear Fit 2 today from bestbuy. It has been charging for 3+ hours and I can't get it to turn on. When I put it on the charging dock all it does is show a lightning bolt for .1 second and then stays black. I've tried holding the home button to do a reset but I got nothing. Any suggestions?

Hi,

As it is brand new I recommend that you return it to the place of purchase and ask for a replacement watch as yours is faulty.

Ensure that you have your proof of purchase with you and also that you have all the packaging, documentation and accessories etc that came with the watch when you return it.
