Here's the tech sheet for the washer that may help.

Run the diagnostic tests as shown by Activating the service test modes on p.2 and if there is an error code use the chart shown in the Fault/Error Code Display Method on p.3 to interpret the status LEDs to find the error code number.

If there is a faulty part, here's a parts supplier's parts list for the washer that is useful.

Find the required part in the parts list and then search online using the manufacturer's part number only (not the part supplier's part number) to find suppliers that suit you best.
