Itunes and Windows cant find my ipod. Nothing happens and the screen tells me to go to the apple support site. Reset shortcuts of any kind dont work. I opened it up a second time to check all the connections and everything looked good, What do i do now? Any help?

I attached the blue foam to the bottom of the CF adapter and it made it too thick. It actually bend my front cover. I wrapped the edges of the CF Adapter with electrical tape and removed the foam again.
