Dan smith’s ideas seem great, shattered my glass with the ‘hair dryer’ approach…after an hour of various heating methods and sources, won’t be doing it on my next iPad

heating tube didn’t work for me…multiple uses of a hair dryer finally loosened it..sort of..but cracked the screen anyway, after an hour of different efforts. It was a good excercise, but practiced on an old ipad air, convinced me to let the pros fix my next one. investing in a temp controlled heating pad and temp gauge would be a big plus
