Ensure that the audio cables are connected correctly to the audio input jacks on your TV. Inspect your TV's audio output. If case an HDMI is connected to your TV, you may need to change your cable box's audio options to HDMI. Might sound simple but do ensure that nothing is plugged into the headphone jack on your TV.
Just put it in neutral (or depress the clutch pedal) and coast to a stop. If possible pull to the shoulder and re-start the car. Steering and braking will still work, you just have to push harder because you lose the power assist. DO NOT turn the key to the off position when you are still moving. This will lock the steering wheel. You may have a problem with the computer module that controls the ignition
Use a multimeter's continuity testing feature to check certain connections If there isn't any signal through a certain connection, you may need to strip that wire and replace it
