Ugg, I tried to wait it out and today experienced blu customer service. Circular conversation on their end. I just wiped it all but wanted to warn people. Business ethics seem to continually be flushed down the toilet. IF YOU RESET your gmail password during the new installation you will be locked out for 24-48 hours on google's end, so still no phone. My fault but just an fyi.
I guess finding a fix is going to take some reading. I contacted blu and they sent me the directions and "patch" Everything was going well and I was starting to feel a little more relaxed. Then I get the message that my pin was correct but my data is corrupted. When you read the directions if the patch doesn't work they then instruct you to do what you've been waiting a week to see fixed. I'm not familiar with law jargon, but doesn't intentionally bricking on the user end just protect blu from warranty claims?
