I had issues after I did everything and it would not activate, because it could not be verified by Apple’s activation server.

I got this message from the company website, where I purchased the programmer.

Does anyone know when the server will be back up?

Note: The factory is upgrading the T203 server, so the T203 software is temporarily unavailable. After the server upgrade is complete, you can use it normally.

You risk the chance of shorting something out, a lot of these Apple products work off ground.

Just my take, I rather be safe then sorry later.
