Thanks for the quick response. No error and I use the strongest setting. I ran through a bag of coffee beans and the grinder now runs for 8.5 seconds which is better. The puck still looks a little funky. This machine is so finicky…

I have a Jura ENA micro 1 that makes very thin coffee. I followed the steps however now that everything is back together the grinder only runs for a few seconds which is not enough to brew a coffee. I can’t figure out why the grinding time is so short, any idea?
