Actually the first answer is totally incorrect and false. You can infect do that you just have to remove the bezel frame from around the glass. just heat it up a tad and take knife and cut from up to down on both sides between the frame and glass. This should slightly separate it. now just take ur nail and pry the two apart just a small amount of adhesive usually attaches the two. Then just a little of adhesive back on the frame and put it on the other one u did the same to. easy takes less than 5 minutes. SPAM removed

sounds like a bad charger port. if it docent turn on at all check the power flex to make sure it is still intact. they will not turn on with a broken power flex. I have 5 years in the mobile phone repair business.

Rice might not have been a good idea. When you put your device in rice it will water damage your whole phone even if only one part is damaged. the best thing to do is soak the parts in 99% alcohol. This may do the trick if not u can mail in your device to a mail in phone repair company that I have used in the past and saved my iPhone!
