I started to change the broken screen with the new screen I ordered, but ended up screwing up the LCD from overheating it with a floor heater when I tried to detach it, because I didn’t find this guide before I did that haha. But afterwards I ordered and replaced the LCD with the help of your guide, and now I have a working device again! WOAH feels great!! THANK YOU!!!

My plate had 8 on the upper line, 6 + 2 at bottom. 16 total.

There are strong magnets on the sides and they keep catching the screws as you take them out. Tweezers are helpful to fish them.
