Screen goes black randomly when it is moved. I can plug the computer into another monitor and see everything on the computer. I think it is a short in the internal cable. How difficult is this to repair?

@beanman , Mr. Bean, Find below links to a couple disassembly video's to get you access to the screens cable to see if damaged or connector needs cleaned and reseated perhaps. You can judge from the video whether you would like to attempt the repair. If not have a good computer repair shop have a look, diagnose and estimate repair. Good luck.

Its not that hard... i just replaced an lcd a few days ago and while it's not the same repair you're asking, i had to replace its cable too. Not hard at all. Just be careful.
