my screens is not displaying anything but when connected to charger the charging led is working but no display on screen and even when i hold the power button there is no vibration or anything . is it battery problem or mother board problem or screen problem ?

it could caused by a battery that discharged too much.
you can try the flasher trick to force recharge the battery.
run the flasher utility on your computer
plug the device
wait until battery charge reaches at least 10%
