i am trying to re register my device….its shows i have connection to a wi-fi but when i enter my amazon email and password a message appears saying i have no wi-fi connection. so i cant get past the register the device section….pls help !

Try to fix it by restarting your device and wi-fi router both.

thanks for the reply….tried both those things and didnt work
the wi-fi is 100% working as have tried 3 mobile phones using the wi-fi
have also re set kindle to factory settings and re started it
any other solutions ??
