Phone Touch Screen Unresponsive

Hey guys, need assistance with my Mobicel R1 phone.

The screen is unresponsive. I can receive calls but can not answer, I also receive notifications from my Apps cos I am connected to the home wifi but I can’t do anything on the phone because of the touch issue.

What I Have Done:

I have tried all hard reset options, wiped cached, factory reset I even did the TP FW upgrade but all of the recommended fixes on the internet won’t solve my problem.

Please help, it has been weeks and I am frustrated. Thanks
