Oculus Quest 2 black screen

Hi guys, yesterday i got an Oculus Quest 2 with a black screen. The charging function works well, it reaches the green led indicating a full charge. I thought i had a Torx T2 screwdriver at home, but i couldn't find it so I have to wait a few days to buy one. Meanwhile I wanted to rule out that it was not a firmware problem, i am trying to connect the headset with the Oculus Developer Hub, it detects it, it can see the serial number of the Quest but after that it does nothing, it remains in a loop but the connection never ends.

The proximity sensor works fine as if i put my finger over it, the headset wakes up from sleep mode and if i put a piece of tape on the sensor the headset stays "awake" (white LED)
