@maryjonewton Stalls out how? What exactly happens? What have you checked? What operating system are you using (Windows version what?)? How much memory does your computer have? What size hard drive does it have? The more details you provide the greater your chance of getting a helpful answer.
Just to verify. Your computer is a Dell Inspiron 15 5000?
