Battery adhesive locations

  • Several adhesive strips secure the iPad battery:

  • Eight stretch-release adhesive strips

  • Two regular adhesive strips

  • To attach a replacement battery, use some double-sided tape such as Tesa tape, or use some stretch release adhesive strips.
