Hallo, was hälst Du von dem Vorschlag, bereits bestückte Platinen für deine Löt-Übungen zu verwenden? Dies hätte auch den Vorteil, dass man auch das oftmals “anspruchsvollere” Auslöten gleich mit üben kann. Die bekommt man bei den bereits genannten Portalen für kleines Geld bzw. auch in größeren Stückzahlen. Suche mal bei z.B. eBay nach “USB Platine”. (z.B. Artikel 275090465162: 10pcs 5V Mini USB 1A TP4056 Platine kostet 8,59 € incl. Versand aus D) Eine andere Idee wäre, bei lokalen Firmen (z.B. Handydoktoren, PC Service, Recyclingfirma usw.) nach defekten Geräten/Platinen oder bei Bekannten nach defekten Altgeräten (Smartphones, Laptops etc.) nachzufragen. Auch eine Suche bzw. Such-Anzeige bei eBayKleinanzeigen könnte dir hier evtl. weiterhelfen. Viel Erfolg

Did you try a hard reset? Can you get into recovery or restore mode?

Does the screen sit properly in the case? What does the bar when you touch the glass with little (!!!) pressure of your finger?

can the iPhone be restored in itunes? if not working after clean reinstall, probably non original charger and burned U2..try IOS 9.3.5 to install..

Did you power down and disconnected the battery before changing? try a reboot..or put on the old screen an try to get it worked..

Are all 5 screws that hold the metal plate over the connectors from LCD to board/pcb in the right position? disconnect battery, remove all screws and the plate..hold down power button for about 10-15 sec. disconnect an reseat the lcd flex cables and connect battery..try to power on without screws and plate..even try rebbot as Josh W said..
