What can I use to keep a screw from falling out?

Is there anything I can use (besides glue) to keep a screw from falling out of my laptop? I suppose it's stripped. Maybe I just need a new screw? Thanks for any help.

Lock tight is a semi glue that will hold but not make it impossible to remove screws.

this is the blue stuff you might already see on the threads of the screws in your laptop it can be purchased at most hardware stores there are different levels of stick by color you want blue
