Ipad 6th Gen won`t charge
I have an iPad 6th Gen. It won’t charge at all. What is wrong? Used original cable to charge.

Hi,
Firstly, try another lead. If this doesn’t work, then you have a faulty dock connector or a bad battery. I use an iPad 6th gen, and they only came out on March 27th 2018, so you are lucky enough to still be in your 2 year warranty if you bought it from Apple or an authorised reseller. Contact them about this issue, as this is a hardware issue that they should fix free of charge.

What if it was broken bc of the user’s fault?
If it’s broken by the user then a repair shop will be able to fix it easily
Yes to whom it may concern, I have a iPad 6 and it will not charge any longer and I was wondering if I send it to you guys would you
Possible be able the clean it and figure what's going on with it, it seems as though I just got it back in December 25th of 2029. Like I've said in my pass words to you guys it stop working about 4 to 8 weeks ago and it really stinks that something that's this most expensive would have a better warranty with it…. Please let me know if you work on the iPad 6’S and what the average cost may be to get it repaired…..

Hi,
I don’t think that iFixit do mail-in repairs, as I think that is who you were addressing. If you only got it December 2019, take it into wherever our purchase it and get them to have a look, as it’s not a year old yet. Let me know if the outcome :)
