Читать далееIt probably means that the logic board has corroded. You’re lucky it turns on at all, take it in to a repair shop at some point and they can diagnose it.

Читать далееHi, Very strange, I’ve repaired a lot of phones but never come across this! I will go through the steps I would try to diagnose the phone. (1) Try a new screen. This touch issue may be to do with a damaged screen. (2) Put in a new battery. A really old battery might be the issue as to why you need to heat up the phone to get it working. # If this fails it is probably a motherboard issue. This is a pricy repair, so you are probably bette of getting a new phone if this is the case. (1) Hope this helps!
Читать далееHi, Firstly, try another lead. If this doesn’t work, then you have a faulty dock connector or a bad battery. I use an iPad 6th gen, and they only came out on March 27th 2018, so you are lucky enough to still be in your 2 year warranty if you bought it from Apple or an authorised reseller. Contact them about this issue, as this is a hardware issue that they should fix free of charge. Hope this helps :)
Читать далееHi, Firstly, has the iPad been knocked or dropped? This could have damaged the LCD, or disconnected one of the flex cables. This could happen anyway, even without a drop, but less likely. The other problem it could be is a motherboard issue, it water has got inside, or the iPad has been opened up and tampered with in the wrong way. If there isn’t a possibility of either of these, then most likely a disconnected cable, which can be fixed simply by opening up the iPad, disconnecting the screen, and reconnecting it. Please remember to disconnect the battery if you try this as to not fry the backlight!

Читать далееHi, If you want to remove the rear glass from an iPhone 8+ it seems the best way is to use a laser cutter. The back glass is very firmly attached to iPhones, and it is very dangerous and practically impossible to remove it without lasers. My recommendation is to buy a new housing completely, and transfer all of the parts across; much simpler and safer. If you aren’t confident moving over all of the tiny parts, then housings can be purchase with all parts in except motherboard. Of course, if you are doing regular repair it would probably be worth it to buy a laser cutter. Hope this helps!
Читать далееHi, I’m slightly confused, but any electronic needs a battery. After leaving a device uncharged for months can cause the battery to drain completely flat. When this happens, it is hard to charge it up again, so a new one is needed. In stall the new one. It may make the device work but everything needs to be connected up. If it doesn’t work then comment and we will see what else needs to be done. Also, if you are not sure of how to replace the battery yourself, take it to a reputable repair shop and they will be able to install the new part fairly cheaply.
Читать далееHi, I think that it will simply need a replacement speaker part. I had this problem with an iPhone SE, and I also replaced the earpiece located at the top of the screen. Definitely worth a try. Hope this helps.

So far the newest iPhone I have repaired is an iPhone 7 - should I give the 11 pro a go?
I lifted up the screen really slowly and kept the cable fully slack, but it was in two halves! The bit that folds back is seperate, have I wrecked Touch ID?
Great guide, but I can’t get out the screw that is located between the volume up button and the mute switch! It is not stripped (at lease the head isn’t), any ideas?
I can’t get the middle screw out?
What do I do if I don’t have an iOpener, and no alcohol?
I’m not sure if swapping logic boards will erase accounts, however I am fairly certain it won’t. Best to check beforehand though. However it is possible to swap iPhone logic boards over.
You can’t buy the logic boards from iFixit (unless second hand), instead you will have to replaceit with another from a matching iPhone model and install it into your phone.
