Jumper settings for Kingspec 2.5inch PATA SSD

Awhile back I bought a Kingspec SSD (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008RV...), but I’m getting around to installing it now. I can’t find any documentation for it and I don’t want to plug it in until I know what to set it to. Should I maybe just experiment or would that short something out? If there is documentation, where?

The Dell BIOS on these is usually good enough to autosense with all of the drives in auto - which is what these are fixed to at the hardware level. If only this was an 8300 then all you’d need is a SATA I compatible SSD…

Plug it into the primary IDE for primary and secondary for a secondary drive and that’s all you generally need to do. If it isn’t correct, you can override it in these machines at the BIOS level by manually changing it.

PATA drives like this one don’t have any settings (jumpers). What is the system you are planing on using it in? You may need cable if you are adding it.

The system is a Dell Dimension 8200. Additionally, I have a converter from the 44 pin laptop IDE (which this SSD is) to regular full IDE (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01NCK...). Everything plugs in, and I know from testing it out that the converter works alone the Kingspec SSD. The issue is that it may not work with any other drives also present.
