Background and Identification
The Dell Inspiron 5758 was released in 2015. This model can be identified by the plastic diamond pattern silver lid and the rubberized plastic surface around the keyboard. The Dell Inspiron 5758 covering is mainly made out of plastic.
The right side of the laptop includes a headset port, two USB 2.0 ports, an optical drive, and a security cable slot. The left side includes the power-adapter port, network port, HDMI port, USB 3.0 port, and a media-card reader.
The Dell Inspiron 5000 series was discontinued in 2016 and later replaced by the Inspiron 7000 series.
